Well, for the first time ever, i tried my hand at reamping. I used the Peavy VYPR practice amp on the 6505 setting, which I really like, and will eventually try to get an actual 6505. I miced it with a RodeNT1A, off axis towards the center of the speaker. Reamped, and then mixed as...

That's fair, i don't have a drum program, and copy/paste the samples like a moron. I also have a fairly shallow pool of samples with which to work, so i need to expand and drop some cash on good high quality programs/samples/hardware. But still, i'm glad you like it overall!

I do agree that the bass drum does sound a bit too punchy. sometimes it chokes the mix, if you know what i'm getting at. Also, the vocals sound a little choked as well. like they were gated a little too hard. not sure if that's the case, but that's what it sounds like to me. Otherwise, very good...

Well, i've made some changes to try to bring some meat into the guitars and fixed the bass problem a bit. Updated track has replaced the old one, i'd appreciate any opinions on the changes

Actually, Bryanturner, I don't use any program for the drums. I copy and paste the samples individually. I haven't really dabbled any in drum programs, and i seem to have a good amount of control over each piece of the drumset. And thanks! And, Fixxxer, hmmmm. i don't really do too much EQ work...

well, i made a few changes. I bumped up the bass a little bit, and changed the break entirely. But since nobody is commenting, it doesn't seem to matter. ._.
