I agree, Morbid Angel is a pretty great name. Others I can think of, Torsofuck, August Burns Red (crap), Type O Negative, Goblin Cock (Really? who actually names their band that), The Black Dahlia Murder, and Bring Me the Horizon.

^ Brutal... They could use a little more variation from the complete gut growls but other than that I think they're decent.

^^ Those are both pretty well known/famous bands. They both, as far as I know, have international recognition. Try to keep it more local, like someone you might see at a club down the street.

Not a famous band but definately worth checking out is Benevolent... If I recall properly they are from Kuwait.

Being a drummer myself I like to judge drummers by how bad they make me want to go jam on my set. That said: Matt Nicholls from BMTH, Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater (I guess he does the same playing for A7X), and Andols Herrick from Chimaira are my favorites.
