Haha, that "Odin loves little Vikings" song is funny :) The only thing here is the SCA, which is fun, but I wish it was a more serious historical reenacting group. So far, I have not been able to find any other historical reenacting groups in the Bay Area minus a Roman legion and a Celtic...

Yup, Spain won this year. After Greece was out I started cheering for Russia, but they lost too :( Spain played very well this year though, congrats to them :) It seems like Germany got too stressed out and lost their confidence after Spain scored the goal in the first half.

Well, I just made some sour cherry strudel with walnuts yesterday. That is a good welcoming dessert isn't it? The only problem is this strudel is limited to once a year when the cherry tree in my backyard bears fruit. For the rest of the year it will be apple strudel :)

Greek food is awesome! And so is Spanish food...I only spent a month there but it was great. There was plenty of good food to be enjoyed. Wild boar is great if someone wants to help me catch one. You would actually be doing people a favor since the boars are an introduced species and are...

Indeed, there are alot of combs, ear spoons, tweezers, etc. Which reminds me...I need to order that Viking comb I have been looking at :) Thanks for reminding me! Bath days are good ;) Especially since it has been really hot here the past few days, cold showers are really nice.

I could go for that :lol: Anyway...back to Sweden. Has anyone been to Gotland? I am thinking of going there next summer and was wondering what it is like there.

I didn't see a bottle, he was just waving around a glass of dark beer while making a speech saying the beer that he was drinking was better than Budweiser. Since he went through so much effort I would like to try that beer now hehehe.

I went to Paganfest in Santa Clara, CA last night....and it was great! The opening band Suidakra wasn't bad. They put on a good show. Eluveitie wasn't bad either...the vocalist was not that bad live (recorded, on the other hand, is a different matter IMO). I was disappointed in Tyr...they only...
