LP vs LP (Vinyl vs Vinyl)

The only one I know for definite is Ghost Reveries, which Roadrunner put out at the same time as the CD last August. There maybe some still for sale on the Roadrunner UK webiste at about £8 each. Very nice package, and sounds very good too.

Kalisia - Skies Just downloaded this, really like it. Gotta admit I've never heard of 'em til this thread, but, thankfully, it piqued my curiosity. Has anyone heard Green Carnation's Light Of Day, Day Of Darkness? It's also a one track album clocking in at an hour, and lies in similar...

    Ghost Reveries Special Edition

wrt GR, the stuff that's on the special edition wasn't around when the album was released. The BBC Sessions were done 1st December, and any video footage that may be on there wasn't completed. The video for TGC wasn't finalised til a few weeks later, and I doubt there would of been enough time...

The Thread Where You Talk About Music You Like

Been listening to the new DragonForce of late. Lots of fun! I know it's power metal, one of my least favourite genres, but this is like Rainbow on speed! At least give it one listen, if only to hear the nine (count them!) stupifyingly fast solos http://www.roadrunnerrecords.co.uk/dragonforce

    BBC Recording...

The tracks are recorded 'live'; the BBC sessions (same as John Peel sessions, some were done for his show, but a lot of other shows also so them) are recorded at the BBC's Maida Vale studios, and bands will spend most of the day there recording them, often doing each track a few times, but it's...
