Ghost Brigade is playing at Wacken. I'm going to Wacken and Tuska so I'll get Bloodbath and a whole bunch of other bands I've been dying to see. I'm only missing out on Katatonia this summer and with any luck they'll do a Scandinavian tour in the winter and I'll be able to catch them then. :)

I voted Opeth. I see them cited as an influence/favorite just as often as Meshuggah (and often by the same bands). I also think they're more influential in bringing fans in - they're kind of a gateway band. I know a lot of people who made their way into more extreme metal after getting into...
