Best ever - Used Ibanez RG for under $200. Some kid must have left for college and put it in the basement, it was crusty & rusty but just needed TLC. Worst ever - Behringer V-AMP 3 By the way, anyone interested in buying a barely used V-AMP 3? lol -

Guitar Tuners for intonation
I've had good luck with a program called AP Tuner, it's the most accurate one out of a few I've tried. I've only done my own guitars, but my buddy/tech at the local music shop has checked my work and gave a thumbs-up.
