Haven't seen that here. Some CoB/Naildown/Soilwork vibes, pretty cool if you ask me, though the vocals are too generic for my taste.

That's the thing, I felt Undercity was just an okay-ish track, but then they add something extra, which they did in a lot of tracks throughout their career. There's great piano section in Descent, they had Hand Zimmer moment in The Shadowing from Nija album, not to even mention A Sailor's Tale...

I have Undercity on repeat, that pace switch in the middle is astonishing. Awesome album.

There's an Orbit Culture leak and it's great. Easily contender for album of the year.

I remember someone from here recommending checking those folks a while ago - big high five mate! They just keep getting better and better. I've already seem them live twice and they really mean business.

Ah, there you go, we do have more in common than you thought we would, looking just at the background. I'm all in for Metallica and Slayer, the others not so much, but mainly due to vocals. IM is cool, but boring, it's same tendency I have with Motorhead playing Ace of Spades over and over...

Fair enough. Though he can do the talking parts live, so some tracks from new album works, to some degree. I grew up with Adema, which I'm still fond of, and Disturbed, which used to be okay-ish, after I did revisit. Not sure on your other interests besides MDM, but I'm pretty sure we do share...

It's like with movies remake - doesn't matter who did it first, only who did it better. And since you just mentioned that live performances matter, trust me, you don't want to hear Lindberg on that one.

I'd say it's up to metalcore/deathcore perception. Gutterals and autotuned cleans were always a part of it, funnily enough, with metalcore being heavy inspired by IF in the first place. Obviously I can see why people dislike Foregone (minus SoSD, how can you dislike best ATG riff?).
