HsB with their latest release reminds me of their Antigone days. Some tracks, bar the vocals, easily could make it to late 90's MDM albums. Don't miss out on that one, easily one of the best albums of the year in that near-MDM category.

Always glad to listen to those guys, they've been roaming around MDM world for quite a while now. Just a shame the intro drops so quick, it has some early folk-styled IF vibe, though never returns in the song.

Can't get enough of these guys.

Haven't seen that here. Some CoB/Naildown/Soilwork vibes, pretty cool if you ask me, though the vocals are too generic for my taste.

Now that's funny, a good buddy of mine got into OC with See Through Me both because of music and lyrics :D I found it pretty basic, I prefer The Newborn One/Saw from Redfog. As for Descent, every day I'm learning to love different tracks. At this point I think Alienated and Vultures of North...

That's the thing, I felt Undercity was just an okay-ish track, but then they add something extra, which they did in a lot of tracks throughout their career. There's great piano section in Descent, they had Hand Zimmer moment in The Shadowing from Nija album, not to even mention A Sailor's Tale...

I have Undercity on repeat, that pace switch in the middle is astonishing. Awesome album.

There's an Orbit Culture leak and it's great. Easily contender for album of the year.

I remember someone from here recommending checking those folks a while ago - big high five mate! They just keep getting better and better. I've already seem them live twice and they really mean business.
