    Question for Mike/band

I like black and white sketching better, I think the use of positive/negative space comes into play more, making more use of simple details.

    Help with Tabs

My friend plays guitar, and is looking for the complete tabs to the song Black Water Park, including the lead guitar. Anyone know where to find, or buy accurate tablature for this song, or the entire album? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

    Question for Mike/band

I know, but they didn't really specify if they wanted or would use other art for other parts of the album outline, so I thought I would ask. I think it would be cool to not only have the pic of the band drawn by an outside source, but the rest of the album sleeve as well. I can draw some...

    Question for Mike/band

Forgive me if this disturbance was previously uttered, but heregos: Regarding the band's request for artwork(of the members)for the next album, do you want any other art, if not of the members? (e.g. logo, abstract, other, for back of cd, sleeves, etc.) Thanks.

Mikael: What's going on with the band?

True, and I meant to say 70's prog rock "like" Rush, King Crimson.

    Greetings from the newest noob

Hell yeah. Besides Opeth, LOG is the most exciting/inspiring shit I've come across in recent years. I haven't heard anything by them when they were calling themselves Burn the Priest, but I'm sure it's great. I've heard and need to buy soon, New American Gospel which sounds just as good as...

Mikael: What's going on with the band?

For those of you who like Porcupine Tree, how is it? I mean what would you liken it to? I've heard it's a bit like King Crimson meets rush, meets 70's prog rock, but that's only if you're attempting to catagorize it I guess.

    Greetings from the newest noob

Thanks again for the warm welcome all. I have to agree with the above statement though, that Metallica isn't really metal in my eyes. It's more like Heavy Rock. Their early shit(i.e. Ride the lighting, Master of puppets, AJFA) is pretty good though. I'm more of a Slayer guy, myself. Anyone...

Mikael: What's going on with the band?

Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, I know they've been to the states before, but just not in my area, or maybe before I got into them.(I was introduced to Opeth by a friend about 2 years ago.) I definitely need to get Lamentations, though.

    Suppose i'll introduce myself. >:)

I'm new too, greetings. Nice Cradle reference, I like.

Mikael: What's going on with the band?

Well, it's nice to see Mike actually interacts with his fans. I dig on Opeth alot, but I haven't read many interviews with him, or ever seen a show(they're never in the U.S.)so I wouldn't know. By the way people, I'm new to this forum, so greetings.

Mikael: What's going on with the band?

I can't believe what I just witnessed. Do my eyes deceive me, or did a band member, using his own name, just respond to a fan. Hmm, wonders never cease. Pretty cool shit.
