    Symphonic cover of Prelude

I used a combination of LASS and EastWest samples with Cubase as the DAW. I only just recently got LASS, and am still experimenting with getting realistic string sounds with it.

    Symphonic cover of Prelude

Hey guys. I've made a cover of Prelude off of the début album. The cover is fully orchestral, ala John Williams style. I've uploaded it at my soundcloud page, with Matt's permission. The link is: http://soundcloud.com/chrisgeddes/prelude Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did when making it!

    Just got the new cd!

Yeap, I feel the same way: my copy just arrived! The 5 years wait suddenly seems all worth while ;) A huge thanks to Matt and the band for sticking in there. On Eagles wings was a great song, and I'm sure the rest of the album will be just as killer

    THEOCRACY SIGNS TO SONYBMG!!!

:OMG: I always thought that Theocracy was good, but with the direction of the new album, it is gone beyond good, and into the realms of perfection. The combination of Death Metal, Country and R&B is breathtaking. Im gonna go and sell all my Opeth albums now, as I don't need them anymore ;)

    Theocracy live August 4, 2007

Nice shots, looks like it was a great show. Unfortunately there is even less chance of Theocracy coming to New Zealand than Dream Theater, so ill never get to see them live. When did Matt switch to the Flying V guitar?

    Short New Video

Awesome stuff! Im really digging that guitar tone. Drums are sounding sweet as well. I was a bit worried about the drums, due to the cymbals being almost inaudible in some of you earlier songs, but now its sounding perfect
