    Scott Ian's 'Murda #5'

If it's only " Good for banging away a few power chords in the natural minor scale"....why do you like Anthrax then?

    Scott Ian's 'Murda #5'

Dude, just because it's made to look like that, doesn't mean it's not made out of the best materials or doesn't have the best electronics. What about those nice looking guitars the are made out of junk? You saying you'd prefer that??:erk:

Sick of reunion songs on tour?

I've been saying this for years.............you will always need some classics in there because even more people would complain, but 3 or 4 of the very besy "Bush Era" tracks would not go astray.

Meet and greet scott for 40 bucks lol

The way I see it is how would you treat someone that paid or gave you $40.00? I think that article has been blown out of proportion a little though. Scott was right with his reply about paying for the tour and illegal downloading, he just could have phrased things a little differently because he...

    Gigantour 2013

I must admit, Whiplash was pretty good. Not as good as Metallica, then or now, but still great all the same.

    Gigantour 2013

"Newsted: His EP was good and it would be nice to hear him do some old Metallica songs. Hell, he does them better than Metallica does now." So when did Newsted start playing Metallica songs? Has anyone heard him play them?

No Charlie at the Portland Oregon show?

I'll second that! He was awesome.

    Metal Alliance tour 2013!

I think in Charlie's recent interview he said the was in "training" for playing a very fast song that was not played last time. If I remember right, Imitation was left out because of the way ADI ends, it super fast and intense, then the next song being imitation, there's no break. Also the scism...

    Anthrax and Pantera?

Yeah, he played on a grand total of 4 or 5 songs out of maybe thirty......

Ex-ANTHRAX Singer JOHN BUSH: 'I Just Don't Really Have A Desire To Be A Touring Guy A

Spitz was there for the solos mostly. I think he wrote the intro SSC and SSC on STD, recodring the rythms as well. I think he also wrote the ADI intro on ATL. Nothing against Spitz, I think his solos are like anthems, but Charlie had to direct him a lot.

    Anthrax and Pantera?

Geat points from everyone, including people I don't always agree with. I don't think Anthrax sounded anything like Pantera. Any band can have a groove beat with a metal riff underneath. Anthrax's riffs, production any general sound were nothing like Panteras the way I hear it. Anthrax have alway...

    Anthrax and Pantera?

No attitude, just an observation. Everyone hears it differently. This is only my take on it. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed or something? Am I not allowed to comment on it? LOL.
