I'm more talking about the fanatics... who'll bad rep me (not that I care) and flame me for saying I think Symph X are mediocre (and that I feel Bodom and infinitely better).

Alot of people think Symphony X suck and that rap is infinite times better. As long as you gave them a shot before criticizing them I'll consider your opinion valid.

Yeh, but I meant like their songs are so long and uninteresting, they get kinda boring. There's bands who make 13 minute songs seems like 3 minute songs... and Symph X isn't one of them. They have a few good songs I really like, but imo they aren't as great as people here say. Just my opinion.

But yeh, that's what I do for Bodom... long periods of time pass then I listen to them.... I do that so I don't get bored of the songs cuz I've heard them all a trillion times Still amazing though

Ionna why everyone rags on AYDY on this boards... the majority of CoB fans love it. It's more rock/guitar influenced, but that doesn't make it bad. I love every CoB album... each has it's own sound and they all make for great listening together in a playlist cuz there's so much variety. I'd get bored if it was all the same style, seriously.

The new album I bet is gonna head even further in the direction of AYDY, so if you don't like it... then you may want to find a new band to take their place. Either way, I find that COB are the best

They've always been mine, ever since I heard of them back in 2003... they're the only band in which I find EVERY song is amazing. I mean, there's lotsa bands with a good majority of pretty great songs, but for me none can really overshadow CoB.

So very true! It's too good to be fucking true, every song is good. AYDY is not as original persay as the other albums however it's still very good in it's own way.
