Is there such a thing and where can I find it?
I'm looking for one where I can put patch labels.

If you have trouble finding something I could probably make one for you. I am a machinest by trade and sometimes take on small projects on the side.

I've looked for the same a while back and found a few but the problem i found was that, if you use a 1/2 U panel, it offsets the piece of gear you place after it in a way that doesn't align with the rail screw holes making it impossible to screw in.

If you want your rack to not have any gaps then 1/2 U panels won't work. You would need 1/3 U and, depending on how you setup your rack, you would need at least 3 to compensate for the offset. The reason for this is that the holes on rack rails aren't all equidistant, they are in groups of 3 and between each group of 3 there's a shorter distance than the distance between each 3 holes.

If your rack is in an upright position and you don't mind not having the gear screwed in, you could get away using 1/2U panels and just leaving the gear unscrewed.

Also, even if you use the 1/3U panels, you can only secure the piece of gear with 2 screws on either the top or bottom set of holes. Again, this is because of the offset that is created.

I abandoned the idea completely and just use regular 1U vented panels because i didn't like the gear not being properly secured with either 4 screws or at least 2 in opposite corners.

EDIT - Here's a picture i found that shows what i'm talking about:

Thanks for the offer. Noted. I guess it could be interesting if you're located in Europe.

@C-Martin. It's a rack where there're are nuts that can move freely into a rail so I don't think it would be a problem at all.
