I'd say the first.
It has alder body while the ibanez has agathis

+ its cheaper

I've got the GSR200. It was my first bass... it plays alright but sounds horrible.

I've had two of those SX basses. The first one was pretty good, then someone stole it. I found that I actually missed it a lot and got a second one. The second one was actually better than the first.

Things to be mindful of with SX instruments:

The metal in the screws is soft, and tends to shave a bit when you intonate
Will need a professional set up
I've heard the wiring is mixed up a little sometimes
