They are pretty quiet so crank it a little. Nothing has been EQ'd etc

Oh yeah, guitar is a little out of tune on the JCM800 clip. It is standard tuned out of tune.

Yep. I am kinda torn still. Do I want to bloom of the JCM or the accuracy of the boost?

I have a bit of a plan. The boosted tracks above are going to be the vanilla base to the guitars.

I am going to quad track and blend in two really aggressive liquid dark tracks to give it the attitude.

I remember old school thrash was either too dry (Death Angel) or too distorted /hifi (Sabbat, Toxik etc) but they still sounded great. I want to borrow from 2 (old) schools.
