2 songs from each band to get a friend into it...

I have a buddy who's not sold on the lineup unfortunately but he's willing to give a good listen to each band. If you needed to make a CD for a friend, putting 2 songs from each band on it, what songs would you choose? I'm "familiar" with each band but not enough to run off songs off the top of my head with a few exceptions...

Freak Kitchen - Snap
Evergrey - Blinded
Nevermore - The River Dragon Has Come, and Heart Collector

What would you pick?
