2 songs from each band to get a friend into it...

I have a buddy who's not sold on the lineup unfortunately but he's willing to give a good listen to each band. If you needed to make a CD for a friend, putting 2 songs from each band on it, what songs would you choose? I'm "familiar" with each band but not enough to run off songs off the top of my head with a few exceptions...

Mercenary - 11 Dreams
Freak Kitchen - Snap
Evergrey - Blinded
Nevermore - The River Dragon Has Come, and Heart Collector

What would you pick?
 
A friend just asked me what style he prefers and I would definitely say he's more into Power Metal and Traditional Metal than anything.

I'm actually putting together a compilation CD for a friend of mine as well -how neat! I'll let you know what songs I put on it once I'm done. :)

Pyramaze - Souls in Pain (omg I love this song)

Mercenary - World Hate Center for something real fast/heavy
Mercenary - Times without Change / Loneliness
(as a whole, I think merc's 11 dreams album would be the easiest for someone new to them to get into)

Savage Circus - Evil Eyes, definitely
Savage Circus - Between the Devil and the Seas

Thunderstone - Until We Touch the Burning Sun (though I'm not well versed in thunderstone)

Evergrey - Nosferatu (of course :P )
Evergrey - the Encounter
Evergrey - Unforgiveable Sin
