I've decided to sell my '07 Diezel VH4. The new band is starting to gear up for regional touring, and I'd like to condense down to a Kemper rig. I can't justify having this beast around, as much as I hate to sell it.
While I'm not too keen on the idea of shipping, I thought I'd post it up here just in case.
The amplifier is in great condition, and was recently re-tubbed and properly biased with Mullard EL34's that sound absolutely fantastic. It was mainly studio-kept, but has spent the last 2 1/2 years in a large flight case (custom-made by Brady Cases for the VH4 with a 10-space rack, pictured) which I will include for an extra $650.
It has been gigged a handful of times, but was never taken out of the flight case when doing so, and is very clean. If you purchase the amp, I will completely clean the amplifier and check the bias once more before pickup or shipping.
I'm currently keeping the amp at my rehearsal space on the southside of Chicago (16th and Western, off of 290). If you live around Chicago and would like to schedule a demo of the amp, please feel free to contact me.
