For once I can't complain that we (USA) are in a tough group or the group of death. In fact it looks like one of the most "even" draws I've seen in a long time - I don't really see a true Group of Death at all.

I always thought that the GOD were four teams that can win said group. I honestly believe that about Group D. Australia and Serbia are RIDICULOUSLY underrated. Ghana is an emerging superpower. ALL of them can beat Germany. I would not be at all surprised if Germany did NOT make it out of D, though I will also be nonplussed about it if they did.

I think the USA has an extremely easy group. If you guys beat England, you can consider yourselves qualified. Even if you don't, chances are still big.
I think Brazil has the toughest group. Granted, we completely humiliated Portugal last time we played them (6-2 earlier this year) and they have 5 players who are actually Brazilian (lol), they're still tough to beat. Cristiano Ronaldo x Kaka will be an interesting on pitch match to see, considering they now play together for Real Madrid. Ivory Coast is arguably the best African team nowadays. Toure, Drogba, Eboue, Kalou are all great players. I still think Brazil are favorites in the group though.
Spain and France have some interesting groups as well. Argentina (boooooooooo) proved to the world how cocky and arrogant they are (and they will always suck). LOL Their comment after the draw "We'll start the World Cup in the Round of 16. We're already there for sure." Assholes. I hope they lose all games.

It is, yet none of those 4 teams are doing good. South Africa has the vuvuzelas and the crowd, but they suck. The team is just a big pile of suck, I'm sorry. Uruguay has a young team, but inexperienced. Mexico used to be a pain in the ass, but they're not playing well either. Ireland would be the one to advance, but since the French had to be dirty and take that one "by the hand"....
I really can't predict who's advancing in this group. France, perhaps would be the best bet, but you never know.
What group are you looking at? France needed the Hand of God to qualify. Mexico and Uruguay should both waltz into the Sweet 16.
I am not completely sold on the Ivory Coast. I think Portugal can dispatch them. I DO know that 22 men are looking at 10 years in the North Korean gulag for not getting a point.

I think it's really balanced and I can't fucking WAIT for some world cup action, It's hard watching games in the states but nothing over here on the AFN network...really missing that. Group G is the hardest imo and I think Italy got lucky with an easy group...I hope they don't make it though, or at least aren't a diving bunch of whores this time around
