[Lycanthrope]

I love this band. It's really refreshing to hear a new band like this in the age of 'nu-metal'. Yes, there is young blood out there that knows what metal and it's attitude are really about.
I picked up 'Bitterness the Star' on the advice of a friend a few months ago. It's one of those cds that really gets your adrenaline going. Makes you wanna put on football pads and dive through sheets of drywall and plate-glass!

Killswitch Engage's 'Alive or Just Breathing' is another great disc I've been wearing the shit out of in recent months.

Bitterness The Star has some pretty killer riffs and breakdowns on it...I dig em.
