Thought of doing this thread after reading the one about Friends. Go read Maddox's site on what he says about Friends because that's pretty much how I think about it; Feel good bullshit. Most sitcoms bore me but that one truely made me crack up. It's about a bunch of aliens trying to be human . No other sitcom did something this fucking wacky.

I hated that show. The sister was not hot, and the way John Lithgow overacted puts Jim Carrey to shame.

i disliked the show, but i recall one great scene in which the bald guy tries to buy insurance for his scrap heap of a car and the salesman explains that you buy the insurance before you destroy the car, causing the lead alien to become outraged.

Oh yeah that. That isn't the funniest scene ever in the show but still pretty funny.
