Hey guys,
I did a little comparison of a 5150 vs. my Podfarm tone (stock impulses). I mixed them separately, so there was no intend of making them sound similar. Also, I have been dealing with Podfarm for a long time now, while I have only been mixing real amps for 1-2 months, so I think the Podfarm has a little advantage over that side. The first tone is from Podfarm, then 5150, and so on (you will be able to identify them clearly).

The song is not mine, it is from "Walk as Chaos", and it is call "Impasse." Check them out here: Walk as Chaos

Here is the comparison:

How do you like the tones??

Being 100% honest here, I prefer the pod in this comparison. I've heard much much much meaner 5150 tones that slay pod though. Even though every inch of my being wants to say 5150, I'm giving this one to the pod.

er.. it's kind of like what a picture of the best pizza ever tastes like, in comparison with the real thing.
