5150II bias test

Hi guys, I try to measure the bias voltage in my 5150II, but my multimeter say me 59-60 Vdc........!!!wtf?
I don't know why...but the tubes works perfectly......is the bias test point of my 5150 that sucks?? or I have a problem?

what are you measuring?
what you wanna know is the idle current (CURRENT, not VOLTAGE) or do you actually wanna know the voltage for the bias-supply?
what for?

The bias test point of my 5150II is in Vdc......and the measure must be from 20-50mV...not 60 Volts
