6505 fx loop

Whats your opinion of the fx loop on the 6505 and what fx are using with it?

tis sehr gut, mainly used with a boss gt6 in a 4CM.

Transparent and footswitchable - in other words, perfect! (except for not having a volume boost, that'd be nice...oh well)

I run the Boss NS2 through it.

I run a G Major and a 482i through mine(5150)...no problems here.

Whenever I use them (almost never) a ph-3 and dd-6.

Hey patsplat, Ive only ever used a BBE plugin so am curious how the 482i sounds in the fx loop. Do you record with the 482i also?

BBE on anything is awful.

Nah...I use it to tweak my live sound a bit...it makes the rig sound more crisp and deep.I like to use it live but I don't care for it when recording...YMMV
