Fat redneck or not, at least pictures would shut these guys up :p. Amazing how feminine influence can derail even pre-derailed threads (music forum - food thread... makes sense).

Anyway, back on topic... I find it kind of hard balancing weight loss with the required food intake for my training regime. The weight training demands that I eat 5 meals a day, with a load of protein and carbos, whilst the aerobics/weight loss side of it needs less food. It's a balancing act I can't seem to win - irritating.
