A Fleeting Glimpse

Those were old news from Danny at the official homepage:

Ok, so the initial track order changed and the intro was kicked - but what's the deal with 'A Fleeting Glimpse'? Another last minute ban or is it used as a bonus track for Japan?
Moreover, it's weird that following words can be found in the booklet beneath a drawing/picture: 'When I turned it was gone'; because in some earlier news Danny used similar words to describe 'A Fleeting...': "[...] Turned to look but it was gone."
