It's not empty. It becomes visible if you are a fanclub member.

Where do you go if you want to join the fanclub?

When I tried to click on the fanclub page on their homepage
I got the following message:

SYMPHONY X FAN CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Symphony X fan club is currently closed. It is currently being revamped and will be reopened around the time the new album is released. Please check back in the near future for more information.

Do I really have to wait to the new album before I can join?
