A problem I have now....

We can rag on American beers all we want, but there's one thing they offer over anything else...

They go down really easily and are SUPER easy to chug.

Because of cultural differences, beer in the USA is consumed for the most part by poor college students at parties and at sporting events. Taste is generally not a concern, but drinkability and price most definitely are.

Budweiser is not that bad Krispy, but if you don't like your countries beer, why don't you do it yourself?

Jevo, just keep in mind that the Budweiser in the US has NOTHING to do with the Czech Budweiser, which is indeed quite alright.

We did brew some beer ourselves too... and it was actually a school project (10th grade I think).

Disgustingly awesome:

We got a keg and a H2CO3 bottle for free from the local brewery:

Ready to be bottled for our "personal" reserve (we were supposed to sell it at visitor's day):

Me doing "quality control":

Looked like crap, tasted like crap (we did a Hefeweizen), but got us fuckin' hammered! I almost missed my bus after visitor's day because I drunk most of it myself. Good times!

Sir, I must oppose determined. Germany is THE country for beer!

The beer from Belgium was great, but nothing beats a "Rothaus" or a fresh "Warsteiner" brew :kickass:

:kickass: All misguided patriotism aside, I LOVE our beer.

That's one of the things I like so much about our beer, even the biggest mainstream brews: Warsteiner, Krombacher, Beck's, Hasseröder, Jever, Holsten etc. all have a certain quality. Of course, individual taste varies, but you can hardly say that there are generally bad beers.

Ok now the wife and I enjoy Warsteiner here and there .. of course its better than the other piss that I won't ever touch anyway but it reminds me of a joke Alla from Pain told me about warsteiner

"Drinking warsteiner is like having sex in a small boat ... both are fucking close to water"

The best Wodka I drank was from Poland. Hands down!!!

I´m not such a big fan of english beer, because it has no bubbles:)
But you can drink way faster because of that.

American beer is PISS!!!!

The only good alcohol thing I drank commin from the States was SKY WODKA.

Ive tried several brands of Polish vodka(In different price ranges.), and they have all sucked majorly.
They all tasted of fusel alcohol(Googled the name, in Sweden its called "finkel".).. and i just got nauseous and extremely hung over by it.

What brands did you drink?

Arrogant Bastard is one of my least favorite Stone brews actually... I especially prefer their Smoked Porter and Imperial Russian Stout. Ruination IPA is great as well.
