A dime bag is just symbolic for 10 dollars worth of whatever shit you're looking for. With weed its typically 7 grams, though these days, thats changed, so just stick with the 10 dollar definition.

Though, thinking of H drugs, Heroin and Hash, I have never been into either (well, maybe not so true with the latter), I have no clue whats what.
