As some others have stated:

1. The redness is due to the shaving, not the "laceration"
- If it were inflammation from a laceration, the redness would surround just the lacerated lines and they would be slightly swollen (raised).

2. Scabs from an incision such as that one is supposed to be don't look like that.

3. Unless you popped your shoulder out of place, or you are the incredible bendable man, it is impossible to do that to yourself. Some one else must have done it, and if so, they suck at drawing.

4. It looks drawn on by a pen with fake blood put over top.

5. You are an idiot.

Again, I couldn't give two shits about what you think about my religion. I think its kinda funny how everyone points out its fake.
