AA CM87 vs TLM102 w/clips

Just bought a TLM102 after a shoot out with it, the 103, and u87. Put it up against my CM87 by Advanced Audio and here's the results. Solo files have compression but no EQ, mix files have the exact same vocal chain for each mic. Sasme recording distance ect with both. Both have NO EQ on the vocals, all files. I'm diggin the 102. Very warm and natural sounding and looks sexy!

Thanks for the shootout. The 102 seems to pick up more sibilance than the AA87. I really like how both sound, though.

102 definitely sounds better in the mix. LOTS warmer and the sibilance doesn't seem to pop as much.
