Abba sues Opeth for copyrights infringement!

Most people will say that the two bands have nothing in common except their Swedish origins. Or is there?
In their song, "The Moor", which opens the album "Still Life", Opeth copy the exact melody from a song by Abba, "Lay all your love on me". Copyright law states that there's a minimum of seven notes in a row for it to be consider plagiarism.
