it's not like hammerfall at all!!! and it's not power metal either! you can't put it in a category, it's impossible! it has some power metal, speed metal, heavy metal, symphonic metal, fantasy metal (although it sounds stupid) and all in all it's very bombastic with a lot of choirs, great melodies and stuff.

so to say that Blind Guaridan is power metal is definately wrong, they are very much different of what we understand when we think of power metal.

I dunno. I'll have to give it another listen. My first impressions weren't too favorable, though a couple tracks were good.
