Hey, Steve! Tell us about your Ironbird, including the specs. Do you still have it?
I intend to have my first custom guitar be an Ironbird string-through-body, maple neck glued on mahogany body with an ebony fretboard (for cutting through the warmth of mahogany) with a Bill Lawrence L-500XL in the bridge. Not sure what to put in the bridge yet, though. 22 frets. Blacker than anythig Spinal Tap could dream of.
I will also get an Ignitor as the Ironbird's 7-string counterpart - same specs, except for the 25-frets, obviously. In fact, it would look a lot like your blue Ignitor with the pointy head-stock. And the color would be a misty black/silver (quilted-top). BTW, Steve: you're the reason I want to play the Ignitor.
