Hey guys

Tomorrow i'm going to be getting my first client in, and i want it to go well!
Basically, just doing a couple of tracks consisting of

Rhythm Acoustic Guitars
Lead Acoustic Guitars
Harmonica
Violin
Lead Vocal
Backing Vocal
Vocal Harmonies

My main concern is the guitars, i want them to have depth with real warmth to them, the vocals should be fine.
I'm planning on using a Large Condensor to mic the bridge of the acoustic, is it reccomended to put an SM57 on the neck too?

Any tips anyone has to get good results on an acoustic mix please post.

Thank guys

Never tried a 57 on an acoustic before, but that wouldn't be my first (or second, or..) choice anyway.

I've had surprisingly good results with an LDC in omni placed at about 0,5meters from the 12th fret (about where the neck joins the body) and then double track this, for the main guitar part.

i do this, but the distance from the guitar is usually closer when i do it.
