AD-mapping in Superior 2?

Hey guys ... really urgent request:

Can someone point me a way how to really fast convert a MIDI-track mapped for Addictive Drums to a track thats mapped for Superior 2?

I've got a pre-prod going on and just can't "convert" the drums by hand. I know that I can open user-defined maps, but I don't have a clue how to "make" one.

Hey dude, here's a MIDI mapper. It has everything but SD.2 mapping, EZD or DFHS are probably close.

but ive tried the S2.0 update and converted some of my old AD stuff to it and for the most part, it worked.
