Hey as a side note, we spoke with E*Trade today: 1 in 7 houses in California are going through foreclosure. Apparently you don't see all the gory details in the news. I am dreading the ARM interest rate hitting me next April.

In October the majority of ARM, interest-only, and other creative loans default, so come December that number is supposed to double.
