Advice?

also, i recommend taking advantage of the fact that the acoustic set is just long enough to mix with THA LADEEZ without enough time to say something stupid before you have to rush back to the band.

Remember to keep the bass on you while you socialize. Ladies magnet.

It went great! Everything went very well. The soundman knew hwat he was doing and the sound was pretty much spot on from what I know. I was really nervous before soundcheck but we played a couple of songs during soudncheck and everything went flawlessly so the pressure was off and I was more excited to go on stage after that than nervous.

I did walk around with my bass but since there were absolutly no single women there the ladeeez socializing part didn't go so well.

It was a ton of fun and I hope we'll be able to do it again in the future, especially since we know we can do it pretty well.

Only thing that went wrong: Obviously, Final Countdown. The singer started ad-libbing when the song stops for an instant and he wanted the crowd to sing a bar of the chorus but it took us completly off guard and we all started the songs back off-time with everybody playing at a different beat basically. I believe I didn't do so badly because I followed what the drummer was doing, which is normally my job anyway.

Wonderful errors can happen in such a way. Later claim it was all intended and that "multirhythms is something the band wanted to explore more".

The worst show of my life was on Republic Square in Belgrade in front of over 5,000 people.

The sound was so miserable, the monitoring was dead and none of us could hear the drums.

Stepping down from the stage discouraged and embarrassed a flock of weird scensters came up to us to tell us how we used to suck but the new avant experimental noise direction we've taken is really awesome.
