I really need your advise on a few things. First of all I'm 14 and the odds of me making it into a major band ever are slim to none. My family doesn't have the money for lessons and I can't get a job for another two years. Ive been teaching myself through YouTube and I'm good but not great. I still need to learn things like sweep picking, 8 finger tapping, and a few other things. I want to know the steps you went through to get where you are today. What college's did you go to? No matter how long it takes or how much work I have to put in its worth it. So please tell me anything that could possibly help me to become a great guitarist. And if at all possible please give me a more privates way to contact you other than this forum because I have so many more questions.
