You had a crappy cassette reader I think mywas smoother never had problems

Yeah, you're probably right, also the quality of the cassettes was poor plus I was very young and very very unpatient I remember hours spent on breaking the 1st level of Montezumas Revenge, that shit was sooo frustrating ! There was also a game in which you flew with a plane kinda like River Raid, it was called '1942', I still have the original cassette with it somewhere in the closet
