Turns out I tore my quad muscle in my left leg. It hurts like hell. Anyone experience this before???

i'm getting these pretty bad pains in my leg ... might be the birth control, def gonna see about getting it switched when i get home. of course i was wearing those slippers when we were at the club the other night and they pinched the hell of of my feet ... and i was sitting on a folded down seat in my room mate's car and had the seatbelt buckle stabbing my ass the whole time, so that could contribute to it as well.
