Any thoughts on the new album? The sound is unlike their other works... Not completely but the guitar sounds heavier and the vocals are cleaner than the previous albums, more use of harmonized vocals that I'm not really liking. There are a lot more goofy synth lines in this album, too, particularly on the third track where it sounds like there's a UFO floating around during the recording. I know Ajattara used them heavily before but they were more to create atmosphere, in this album they seem to play a bigger role in the song's overall rhythm. I dunn'o...
Track 5(Harhojen Virta) is great, sounds like it could've come off of Itse...probably the only good track on the album. Track 6 degenerates from cool sounding to shitty synth overload.
