According to the initial report that Josh posted, Franken should probably be charged and jailed. I like Franken and dislike LaRouchies, but based on the descriptions...

I did predict to a friend over AIM that a new version of the events that does not incriminate Franken would surface, and it has. It remains to be seen if the first story was a Franken smear, or the second one was a typical defence of a celebrity.

there are the usual suspect frats and sororities and tons of students go there just to be in close proximity to skiing....I went there because my dad made NH our official home state when he went into the Army.
