like all questions in Judaism, there's no one definitive answer. I think 75%+ would probably deny mr. cannibal corpse a burial in a Jewish cemetary tho.

ps, I know this stuff cuz I was a Jewish Studies minor back in college.
 
Judaism also doesn't have a central authority figure like the Catholic Church, so it's more undefined exactly what's right and wrong...you kind of have to look at 1000 peoples' opinions and get a more or less consensus to even be mostly right.
 
Apparently people from Japan save their baby's umbilical cords to take home and make soup out of to give to the baby, should the baby ever get ill.

Anyway do Jews count the umbilical cord as a necessary accessory to burial?
