Awesome stuff, check them out if you already haven't...

Fucking great band live, saw them at overcranked in brisbane MONTHS ago, and they were awesome.

Technical death/jazz metal.
 
I hate them.

I think they are brilliant musicians but their songs just completely suck in my opinion. I just can't get into them. I prefer my metal to be anthemic and fist pumping with great hooks rather than too many time changes and parts that don't sound like they go together.

I personally love extreme playing, and can't stand "anthemic" metal with catchy hooks etc... it bores me.

I like extreme technical playing too if the songs are catchy and have good hooks to go with it.

I love Nitro for example, their musicianship is pretty damn extreme. But maybe thats just coz I prefer glam metal to death metal, as my Avatar would indicate... :lol: And also they don't really have any weird time changes.

Yeah, he was pretty quiet when i met him, but he livened up when i mentioned atheist :lol: That got him talking, he loves his metal...
 
I saw Realisation on Rage on that metal special a while ago. They're fucking awesome. I'm actually downloading some of their stuff right now and i'll ebg etting their cds for sure! I want a shirt too, but it says they sold out on their site :mad: :p
