Alcest is coming back!

Gotcha. Didn't look too deep into it. Considering it had a similar price to the full lengths I figured it was new.

It is "new" because it's probably the re-released, re-recorded version. I'm not too stoked on re-recordings truth be told, but I'll probably check it out. I still may buy it as a collector's item. Who is releasing it in the US? Profound Lore? Their packagings are usually really nice.

Prophecy Productions according to Amazon.

I just can't help but laugh at comments like these. So arrogantly ridiculous. Thanks for being the arbiter of opinion, champ.

Guess what? Some of us like their music a lot.

(although, having seen them live now, I can say that the outfits really work in the music's favor)

They released one of my favorite albums of the year last year, and I cannot stop listening to them (well, that was until Hell - Human Remains came out, hahah, now I can't stop listening to that). Ghost is amazing.

I will be at the Edmonton show, primarily for Enslaved. I'm not a Ghost fan (nor Alcest) but I'm curious to see their live show. I find them quite boring on record. Not bad, not offensive to my senses, but just unexciting. I'm hugely into live theatrics though so we'll have to see.
