ya i got it to read in my cd-rom once, and since im a dumbass i didnt think to rip it.....

Use Nero DriveSpeed to set your CD-ROM speed at 1X so it doesn't vibrate your drive to death and then make an image of the disc at 1X (or 2X, just something slow) as well...It takes forever, but you'll have a good working copy that you can play in all CD players...

That's what I did.
