Allround Guitar for Recording

I would suggest one of the LTD guitars with the evertune bridge. Really want to get a hold of one to use myself.

Yeah, that's what I've been thinking too.

The Ken Susi model (KS-7) has an Evertune, and will be upgraded this year with Fishman Fluence pickups, which have both active and passive voicings at the push of a button. Looks like a strong choice for me.

I just received my LTD KS-7 about two weeks ago and it's definitely among the best feeling guitars I have played. I would also include the Schecter Loomis NT in that category. The EverTune bridge is great for recording and I can only recommend to anyone who's into recording guitars to try one out.

The Fishman Fluence pickups seem to have insane note separation and clarity. I'm trying to get a set for my KS-7 soon, might do a review with a sound clip/DIs.

Hi,

today I drove to a Store and tested a Bunch of Guitars. Hadn't that much options cause I didn't like colours like, red, purple and Stuff. Also I didn't want to have a Tremolo on my Guitar cause I never use one and most Guitars I ever played with Tremolos didn't hold up the Tuning 100%. Even Guitars for 1000 Bucks gets out of Tune when I play them.
That's why I went home with a Shecter Hellraiser Hybrid C1. It was hard to tell which of all the Guitars sounded best cause there were only some Guitar Effects Processors with not the best Headphones. I will see if I still like the Guitar when I put some new Strings on it and record some Stuff thru my Kemper.
