id not rely so much on what others say about your mix.
a great mix will not happen, if you ask person a : more snare ? answer : yes.
ask person b : more kick ? answer : yes...

this will not lead to a great mix. you will have to learn to decide for yourself,
listen back to references, try matching your levels to those.

I just wanted to point out that I don;t always ask for help etc on the obvious points or to change the general tone / mix of my stuff. a lot of the time (as of late) I'm more interested in more less obvious things, for eg.. "try giving the snare more attack by using an Enveloper" stuff like that.

Plus I don't have the greatest range on my speakers, so a lot of the time I'm also after people who can check the low end for me.
