Yes it sucks that a prominent figure was killed. Others died. Brothers and family were lost. Senseless killing is a horrible, horrible thing.

BUT, it happens everyday on our streets and who do we file wrongful death lawsuits against???

How can a judge look at this and allow this to actually make it into our legal system???

Fucking lawyers are scumbags...

Another pretty cool club will be shut down because everybody and their brother will be suing the Al Rosa.

What is Vinnie thinking??? Man, the responsible party is dead... Let it lie...

Protect the guilty and screw the innocent. The only good thing to come outta this was justice was served that night.

I agree that it doesn't make much sense to sue the club, because they didn't "adequately plan" for a homicidal suicidal maniac to attack them. The whole "wrongful death" just doesn't make sense to me... does that mean that a cash settlement provides adequate compensation for someones murder? Of course the lawyers will be taking 50% of that money right of the top. Some compensation. Yes, the legal system is highly flawed.

Well I am not hoping harm to anyone... that doesn't make it any better but shit... Deron is right and I didn't quite spell it out... it will be this kinda shit that will make it even harder to have shows in the States... What the fuck is wrong with us???

Anarchy... our government just fucking stinks... nothing to do with Bush or Democrats or anything of the sort... it is the fucking lawyers and money that will ruin everything in due time.

There was an article in Readers Digest about how the US is losing all of the "new" engineers. Nobody is going to school for engineering anymore... because it is basically a low paying area that all of these large companies are outsourcing to Japan and China and so on and so forth... Apparently the money is in Doctoring and Lawyering... two total fucking corrupt areas is basically where all of our kids are looking towards for their future... The way I see it, we will have nothing but insurance (doctors) fighting against the lawyers... Wow, something to look forward to... Oh wait, that is how it is now.

It is hard to believe that another one of our "heroes" (Vinnie) is falling prey to this bullshit system... and for what? All the fucking money in the world won't bring back his brother.

Enough security? Well why not let's invoke the Homeland Security Act (if you're in USA) and put metal detectors and snipers and everybody have to go naked (that may be a plus) and no cameras and no headbanging, actually everybody should be mummified in duct tape before entering the show.:yell:

This is not a flaw in justice, it's a flaw in intelligence.:erk:
