Some of the most fluent melodic playing i have ever heard, check it out:

Is it just me, or do these rock tones ala Satch (to put a name to it) just sound more 'fluent', for some reason.. The tone I mean, besides the melodic playing, phrasing..

Just today I heard some random tune's solo like that, not a very 'refined' tone maybe, yet there's something I quite liked about it, something related to the sustain maybe, gets me wondering every once in a while...
